On The Day Attendance

Our On The Day Attendance Package allows you to relax and enjoy your special day.  You have no doubt spent hours planning your wedding and want to know that everything will run smoothly on the day.  This is where we come in.  Below are some examples of tasks we can carry out before and during your wedding day.

· Liaise with suppliers in the two weeks before the wedding and check final arrangements.

· Dress the tables at the reception venue e.g. name places, favours, decoration (the day before when the venue allows)

· On the day we will be on site in the morning at both the ceremony and reception venues.

· Meet all suppliers as they arrive at the venue and show them where to set up.  We can pay suppliers on the day.

· Check the flowers are where they should be and that they are what you have ordered.  Check everyone that needs one has a buttonhole. We can also help move flowers from the ceremony venue to the reception venue if required. 

· Ensure that welcome drinks are served to all guests as they arrive.

· Assist the photographer gather people for group photographs.

· Arrange for any flowers/presents for bridesmaids, parents etc are ready to be handed out during speeches.

· Redress the tables for the evening reception if required.

· If suits are hired, we can return them to the hire shop.
