Our On The Day Package allows you to relax and enjoy your special day.  You have no doubt spent hours planning your wedding and want to know that everything will run smoothly.  This is where we come in. 

 

Who is going to follow through with your hard work and wedding day vision?  As a bride and groom, it can be one of the most stressful and busiest days of your life.

 

How relaxed will you be if suppliers and guests are constantly asking questions on your wedding day?  You deserve to be relaxed and care-free during your special day.  The cost of a professional, experienced wedding day coordinator is a minor expense considering the huge benefit of alleviating stress from the bride and groom on their wedding day.  A wedding day co-ordinator allows you to be a guest at your own wedding.

 

What you can expect:

• 1-2 preliminary planning meetings to review details and timelines.

• E-mail and phone support prior to the wedding.

• A comprehensive wedding day timeline.

• Liaison with suppliers in the two weeks before the wedding where we check final arrangements.

• Venue set-up e.g. name places, favours, decoration etc.

• Meeting suppliers as they arrive, showing them where to set up.

• Checking the flowers are where they should be and that they are what you ordered.  We will check everyone who needs one has a buttonhole. We can also help move flowers from the ceremony venue to the reception venue if required.

• Ensuring that welcome drinks are served to all guests as they arrive.

• Assisting the photographer gather people for group photographs.

• Arranging for any flowers/presents for bridesmaids, parents etc are ready to be handed out during speeches.

• Redressing the tables for the evening reception if required.

• Packing up personal items and hired items at the end of the evening (bouquet, guest book, gifts, vases etc).

• Management of any emergencies or unexpected occurrences.
